Tim conferma di aver ricevuto comunicazione circa la decisione della Corte d’Appello di rigetto della richiesta di sospensiva, per cui la sentenza di aprile dello scorso anno, che dispone la restituzione alla società del canone 98 e relativi interessi e accessori, è provvisoriamente esecutiva, in attesa delle decisioni finali che saranno assunte dalla Corte di Cassazione a seguito del ricorso presentato dalla Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri.
La sentenza non dispone alcun rilascio di garanzie a carico della società a fronte dell’esecuzione della stessa.

TIM: COURT OF APPEAL CONFIRMS RESTITUTION OF 1998 LICENSE FEE
TIM confirms that it has received notice of the Court of Appeal’s decision to reject the request for a suspension, so that the ruling of April last year, which ordered the restitution to the company of the ‘98 license fee and related interest and accessories, is provisionally enforceable, pending the final decisions that will be taken by the Supreme Court following the appeal filed by the Prime Minister’s Office.
The ruling does not provide for any release of guarantees by the company in respect of its execution.
