Ferrari annuncia il regolamento del prestito obbligazionario
Maranello (Italia), 27 maggio 2020 – Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) annuncia il regolamento del prestito obbligazionario, annunciato in precedenza, di ammontare nominale pari a 650 milioni di Euro, con cedola al 1,500%, scadenza a maggio 2025 e prezzo di emissione pari al 98,898% (le “Obbligazioni”). I proventi netti dell’offerta sono pari a circa 641 milioni di Euro, al netto dei costi e delle spese connessi all’offerta. Le Obbligazioni sono state quotate e ammesse alle contrattazioni presso il mercato regolamentato irlandese (Euronext Dublin).
Il prospetto relativo alle Obbligazioni, datato 21 maggio 2020 e approvato dalla Banca Centrale d’Irlanda, è stato pubblicato sul sito internet corporate di Ferrari N.V., unitamente ad altri documenti rilevanti.
Ferrari Announces Settlement of its Notes offering

Maranello (Italy), 27 May 2020 – Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) announces the settlement of the offering, previously announced, of Euro 650 million in aggregate principal amount of 1.500% notes due in May 2025, with an issue price of 98.898% (the “Notes”). The net proceeds of the offering were approximately Euro 641 million after payment of offering and related expenses. The Notes have been admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
The prospectus related to the Notes, dated 21 May 2020, was approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and it has been published on the Ferrari N.V. corporate website together with other relevant documents.
