L’OECD rilascerà il suo rapporto annuale Employment Outlook martedì 7 luglio alle 14:00 CEST / 12:00 GMT. Il rapporto presenta i dati e l’analisi più recenti della situazione occupazionale nei paesi OECD. L’edizione di quest’anno include anche una nuova analisi delle differenze regionali nei risultati del mercato del lavoro e di come il luogo in cui le persone vivono modella sia le loro prospettive di occupazione che la loro possibilità di salire nella scala dei redditi.
Il Segretario Generale dell’OECD Mathias Cormann e il Direttore ad interim dell’Occupazione, del Lavoro e degli Affari Sociali dell’OECD Mark Pearson presenteranno i messaggi chiave del rapporto durante un evento di lancio presso l’OECD a partire dalle 14:00 CEST martedì 7 luglio.
Seguirà una discussione in panel, con Mark Pearson; Jeroen Jutte, Direttore per l’Occupazione e la Governance Sociale, Analisi presso DG EMPL nella Commissione Europea; Sonya Krutikova, Vice Direttore della Ricerca presso l’UK Institute for Fiscal Studies e Professoressa nel Dipartimento di Economia dell’Università di Manchester; e Nadim Ahmad, Vice Direttore del Centro dell’OECD per l’Imprenditoria, le PMI, le Regioni e le Città.

The OECD will release its annual Employment Outlook report on Tuesday 7 July at 14:00 CEST / 12:00 GMT. The report presents the latest data and analysis of the employment situation in OECD countries. This year’s edition also includes new analysis of regional differences in labour market outcomes and how the place where people live shapes both their prospects for employment and for moving up the income ladder.
OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann and OECD Acting Director of Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Mark Pearson will present the report’s key messages at a launch event at the OECD starting at 14:00 CEST on Tuesday 7 July.
A panel discussion will follow, with Mark Pearson; Jeroen Jutte, Director for Employment and Social Governance, Analysis at DG EMPL in the European Commission; Sonya Krutikova, Deputy Research Director at the UK Institute for Fiscal Studies and a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Manchester; and Nadim Ahmad, Deputy Director of the OECD’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities.
An embargoed online press briefing for Japan will take place at 14:30 local time (07:30 CEST/05:30 GMT) on 7 July with consecutive English and Japanese interpretation.
