Prezzi delle case in aumento del 4,2% nell’area dell’euro. In aumento del 4,9% nell’UE,
Nel quarto trimestre del 2024, i prezzi delle case, misurati dall’indice dei prezzi delle case, sono aumentati del 4,2% nell’area dell’euro e del 4,9% nell’UE rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell’anno precedente. Nel terzo trimestre del 2024, i prezzi delle case sono aumentati rispettivamente del 2,7% e del 3,9% nell’area dell’euro e nell’UE. Queste cifre provengono da Eurostat, l’ufficio statistico dell’Unione europea.
Rispetto al terzo trimestre del 2024, i prezzi delle case sono aumentati dello 0,6% nell’area dell’euro e dello 0,8% nell’UE nel quarto trimestre del 2024.
Andamento dei prezzi delle case negli Stati membri dell’UE
Tra gli Stati membri per i quali sono disponibili dati, due hanno mostrato una diminuzione annuale dei prezzi delle case nel quarto trimestre del 2024 e ventiquattro hanno mostrato un aumento annuale. I cali sono stati registrati in Francia e Finlandia (entrambi -1,9%), mentre gli aumenti più elevati sono stati registrati in Bulgaria (+18,3%), Ungheria (+13,0%) e Portogallo (+11,6%).
Rispetto al trimestre precedente, i prezzi sono diminuiti in sei Stati membri, sono rimasti stabili in due (Malta e Finlandia) e sono aumentati in diciotto Stati membri. I cali più ampi sono stati registrati in Francia, Cipro (entrambi -1,0%) ed Estonia (-0,7%), mentre gli aumenti più elevati sono stati registrati in Slovacchia (+3,6%), Slovenia (+3,1%) e Portogallo (+3,0%).

House prices up by 4.2% in the euro area. Up by 4.9% in the EU
In the fourth quarter of 2024, house prices, as measured by the House Price Index, increased by 4.2% in the euro area and by 4.9% in the EU compared with the same quarter of the previous year. In the third quarter of 2024, house prices increased by 2.7% and 3.9% in the euro area and EU, respectively. These figures come from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
Compared with the third quarter of 2024, house prices increased by 0.6% in the euro area and by 0.8% in the EU in the fourth quarter of 2024.
House price developments in the EU Member States
Among the Member States for which data are available, two showed an annual decrease in house prices in the fourth quarter of 2024, and twenty-four showed an annual increase. The falls were registered in France and Finland (both -1.9%), while the highest increases were recorded in Bulgaria (+18.3%), Hungary (+13.0%) and Portugal (+11.6%).
Compared with the previous quarter, prices decreased in six Member States, remained stable in two (Malta and Finland) and increased in eighteen Member States. The largest falls were registered in France, Cyprus (both -1.0%) and Estonia (-0.7%), while the highest increases were recorded in Slovakia (+3.6%), Slovenia (+3.1%) and Portugal (+3.0%).
