L’amministratore non esecutivo Roberto Cingolani si dimette alla luce delle sue nuove responsabilità quale Ministro del nuovo Governo italiano
Maranello (Italia), 16 febbraio 2021 – Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) (la “Società”) annuncia che Roberto Cingolani ha comunicato alla Società le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di amministratore non esecutivo della Società e membro del Comitato di Governance e Sostenibilità del Consiglio di Amministrazione con effetto dal 13 febbraio 2021 quando è stato nominato Ministro del nuovo Governo Italiano.
Commentando le dimissioni di Cingolani, John Elkann, Presidente Esecutivo e Amministratore Delegato, ha dichiarato: “Vorrei esprimere i nostri sinceri ringraziamenti a Roberto per il suo dedicato contributo come membro del nostro Consiglio di Amministrazione e come membro del nostro Comitato di Governance e Sostenibilità e vorrei fargli i nostri migliori auguri per la sua nuova nomina.”

Non-executive Director Roberto Cingolani resigns in light of his new responsibilities as Minister of the new Italian Government
Maranello (Italy), 16 February 2021 – Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Roberto Cingolani communicated to the Company his resignation from his role as Company’s non-executive Director and member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Board of Directors with effect from 13 February 2021 when he was appointed Minister of the new Italian Government.
