La trentina MAV S.p.A. annuncia l’acquisizione da parte di Fenner™ Precision Polymers. MAV S.p.A., fornitore europeo leader di dispositivi di serraggio per attrito (calettatori), shrink disc, giunti rigidi e altri prodotti in metallo, è lieta di annunciare la sua acquisizione da parte di Fenner™ Precision Polymers, azienda del Gruppo Michelin e leader mondiale nella tecnologia dei polimeri rinforzati. Forte crescita potenziale, aumento di quote di mercato e opportunità di sfruttare i numerosi vantaggi associati a una catena di fornitura globale sono tra i motivi citati per l’acquisizione. Non sono previsti licenziamenti o perdita di ruoli per i dipendenti a causa dell’accordo.
